一、Product overview

The hollow grouting anchor cable consists of a cable body, a stopper plug, a tray and a grouting connector. Hollow grouting anchor cable is suitable for permanent support and advance support. Pressure grouting is carried out through hollow steel pipe right and wrong cables, so as to achieve the purpose of consolidating broken rock mass, isolating groundwater and anti-corrosion of cable body, which can quickly form the stability of surrounding rock controlled by supporting force. Used in coal mine, railway, tunnel advance support, slope support, foundation pit support and mine reinforcement of high strength anchor injection.

The hollow grouting anchor cable is used as the permanent support of surrounding rock, the advance support of highway, railway and tunnel, slope protection, foundation pit support, and the support and reinforcement of mine roadway, blockchamber and crossover points.

三、Product characteristics

The anchor cable is made of several strands of prestressed steel wire twisted, which is divided into resin anchorage section and grouting anchorage section. The center of the resin anchorage section is solid reinforcement, which can realize the resin end anchor. The center of the grouting anchorage section is hollow resin pipe, which is reinforced by grouting.

The tail of the cable can be prestressed with anchor and bear the load immediately after installation, which is very beneficial and necessary for the soft rock strata and the roof strata with poor self-stability.

The anchor cable adopts hollow structure, which realizes the small diameter and large tonnage of the strand wire on the premise of ensuring the slurry path. Installation aperture is small, convenient construction.

The grouting adopts the reverse grouting method to ensure that the grout is filled with the borehole, and the grouting process is simple: and the anchor cable meets the requirements of high pressure grouting, which can realize the integration of anchor and injection.

The anchor cable adopts the internal hole sealing method, the hose used for hole sealing is set at the tail of the anchor cable, and the hose is pushed into the hole by using the push pipe (hard pipe), so that the hose reaches the preset position of the lock hoop of the anchor cable, and then the tray and nut are installed and pre-tightened in place.
