Shoting-anchor excavation method refers to the construction method of tunnel construction by excavation of underground tunnel. It is a traditional construction method. The tunnel lining of shotanchor excavation method is also known as the supporting structure. Its function is to strengthen the surrounding rock and form a tunnel structure system with sufficient safety with the surrounding rock to jointly bear various loads that may occur, maintain the use of tunnel section clearance, prevent the surface subsidence, provide a smooth surface for air circulation, block or drain groundwater.
The basic structure of tunnel lining with shotanchor excavation method is composed of primary support, waterproof isolation layer and secondary lining. The outer layer of compound lining is the primary support, whose function is to strengthen surrounding rock, control surrounding rock deformation, prevent surrounding rock loosening and instability, and is the main bearing unit in the lining structure. Generally, it should be applied immediately after excavation and should be close to surrounding rock. Therefore, the most suitable use of shotcrete anchor support, according to the specific situation, the choice of bolt, shotcrete, steel mesh and steel support single or combined.
