一、Product overview

The prestressed steel strand is composed of cable body, stopper plug, tray and grouting connector. Hollow grouting anchor cable is suitable for permanent support and advance support. The pressure grouting of the anchor cable through the hollow steel pipe can achieve the purpose of consolidating the broken rock mass, isolating the groundwater and the anticorrosion of the cable body, which can quickly form the supporting force and control the stability of the surrounding rock. Used for highway, railway, tunnel advance support, slope support, foundation pit support and mine reinforcement of high strength anchor injection.

三、Product characteristics

1. The prestressed steel strand is made of several strands of prestressed steel wire, which is divided into fat fixation section and injection fixation section. The center of the resin anchorage section is solid reinforcement, which can realize the resin end. The center of the cementing section is the hollow grease pipe for grouting reinforcement.

2. The tail of the strand wire can be prestressed with anchor, and it will bear the load immediately after installation. It is very favorable and necessary for the soft rock strata and the roof strata with poor self-stability ability. 3. The steel strand adopts hollow structure, which realizes the small diameter and large tonnage of the steel strand on the premise of ensuring the slurry path; Installation aperture is small, convenient construction.

4. The grouting adopts reverse grouting mode to ensure that the grout is full of borehole and the grouting process is simple; And the steel strand can meet the requirements of high pressure grouting and can realize the integration of anchor injection.

The University of Wollongong, Australia, conducted cutting test by injecting cement slurry into the 42mm drill hole in the concrete. The shear resistance of the steel strand is 1.6-1.8 times that of the steel strand without grouting.
