一、Product overview

This product is a kind of inorganic powder material with strong injectable ability. The filling and reinforcement of hollow grouting bolt and hollow grouting cable are carried out by pressure injection method, so as to realize the full-length anchorage of bolt and cable. It is mainly used for the full-length anchorage support of hollow grouting cable and bolt on the driving face to ensure the fast driving. It can also be used for mining coal, rock cracks and filling and reinforcement of mountains, tunnels and concrete.

二、Scope of application

It is suitable for full-length anchorage of hollow grouting bolt (cable), without hole sealing

Applicable to soft rock, thick coal seam anchor rod (cable) can not take root in stable rock

It is suitable for the situation that the anchoring strength of the anchoring agent is insufficient and the anchoring strength can not meet the requirements

It is applicable to the situation that the roadway pressure is large and the anchor rod (cable) is easy to be pulled off, causing the anchor rod (cable) to lose anchor and withdraw anchor

四、 Main performance index

The product is packaged in plastic film bags, each bag weighs 25kg net. It shall not be exposed to moisture during transportation and storage, and should be handled with care during loading and unloading to prevent packing damage. The product is stored unopened in a cool and dry place for 6 months
