一、Product overview

The non-metallic idlers developed and produced by our company are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene idlers, which are composed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene tubes, bearings and sealing assembly shafts. It has the advantages of lightweight, wear-resisting, non-adhesive material, low friction coefficient and self lubrication of the belt. Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene roller can prolong the service life of equipment, save energy and effectively improve the working environment. Widely used in open air dust, high corrosive environment, such as mining metallurgy, electric power, cement, coal, chemical and port industries. It is the ideal replacement product of steel idler for belt transport machinery.

三、Product characteristics

The roller consists of a tube body, a center shaft and a bearing seal. After the front holes at both ends of the tube skin, it is closely connected with the stamping bearing seat. The overall structure has the advantages of light weight, small resistance and good sealing.

High precision: the tube body is made of ultra-high molecular engineering plastic, high coaxiality, high roundness, high straightness and even wall thickness.

Long life: under the same conditions, its life is more than twice the standard metal roller.

Light weight: about one-third lighter than the same metal roller, easy handling and installation, greatly reduce labor intensity, shorten maintenance time, improve production efficiency. Non-corrosion and wear resistance: the tube body and bearing seat are made of engineering plastics of ultra-high molecular plastic tube body with high strength wear resistance and corrosion resistance, so it is wear-resistant and will not be corroded.

Good sealing: the use of three sealing, water and dust is difficult to overcome.

Environmental protection: In the belt conveyor connected with the belt buckle, the contact noise between the belt buckle and the pipe body is lower than that between the belt buckle and the metal pipe body, so that the working environment is more environmental protection.

Non-wear belt: the surface hardness is slightly higher than the belt and there is no abrasive, in the idler lag working condition, because the tube body is fine for a short time and leave the belt so that the belt is protected.

四、 The structure of the idler

The roller consists of a tube body, a shaft, a bearing, a circlip, a sealing ring, a bearing base and so on. After the front holes at both ends of the tube body and the bearing seat are pressed together closely, the overall structure has light weight, low resistance and good sealing performance.

(1) The tube body is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material, which has good toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring the service life of the idler.

(2) Bearing seat is also made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material, and adopts labyrinth design. It is pressed closely with the tube body to ensure the overall strength of the idler.

(3) The supporting bearing part adopts labyrinth seal, and is closely assembled with bearing seat, retaining ring and supporting roller shaft to form a good protective barrier, which ensures the dust-proof and waterproof performance of the supporting roller and prolongates the service life of the bearing.

The upper roller consists of three rollers, which support the belt to form a trough section for conveying loose materials.
