I. Product performance:

4. The concrete mixed with 2000HC I has significantly higher impermeability, frost resistance and durability than the concrete without mixing. Under the condition of reducing the cement dosage by 15%, the frost resistance is still the same as that of the unmixed cement.

5, the product has good adaptability to all kinds of cement.

Two, use method:

1, dosage: 2000HC I powder dosage range is 0.5 ~ 1.2%, preparation of early strength concrete, common dosage is 1.2%.

(2) the powder is pre-dissolved into a solution of a given concentration, and then added together with the mixing water.

(3) In the stirring process, the water reducer lags behind the stirring water 0.5-1.0 minutes to add.

3, compatibility: This product can also be used with other types of concrete admixtures in line with national standards.

4, overmixing effect: overmixing this product can improve the working degree of concrete, and prolong the setting time, in the case of curing without error, the final strength of concrete will exceed the concrete without admixture.

In order to obtain the best use effect, it is recommended that the user, when using this product for the first time or changing the cement variety, should carry out necessary concrete tests on the dosage of water reducing agent, mixing method and mixing time according to the engineering requirements and specific conditions, and refer to the above instructions, and strictly control the dosage of water reducing agent and mixing water in the construction process.

Iii. Packaging and Storage:

1. The product is packed with inner plastic bags and woven bags, each bag has a net weight of 40kg. The water agent is packed in 200Kg iron drums or in bulk. If special requirements are required, it can be customized in advance. 2, the powder should be stored in the warehouse, pay attention to moisture-proof, but moisture will not affect the use effect, can be matched into water solution before use.
